1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OutreachPro service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other applicable laws.
- Transmit any material that is deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal.
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate our deliverability systems or rate limits maliciously.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
Violation of our AUP will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund, and permanent blacklisting of your sending domains across our network.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
OutreachPro is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or OutreachPro cancels it.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OutreachPro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
