Every feature is judged on whether it helps mail reach a person. Anything that risks that does not ship.

Decisions live in writing so they can be read later. Few meetings, generous overlap, no performative hours.
Boring technology
Postgres, TypeScript, and as little cleverness as a problem allows. Novelty is spent where it earns its keep.
