Questions about billing
No. Pricing is per workspace, so adding a colleague does not change the bill. Mailboxes stay personal to whoever connected them, but lists, templates and campaigns are shared across the workspace.
Sending pauses rather than silently dropping messages, and the campaign resumes where it stopped once the month rolls over or you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and no recipient is skipped.
No. The Starter plan is free and does not ask for one. The Pro trial runs for 14 days and you can connect real mailboxes and send real campaigns during it.
No. You are sending through your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, so the sending capacity you already pay those providers for is the ceiling, not a per-message fee from us.
Yes, from the billing page, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Exporting your lists is available on every plan, including after you downgrade.
