About the product

What is OutreachPro?
OutreachPro is a web application, built and operated by DanixSoft, that sends personalised email campaigns and follow-ups to opted-in contacts from the user's own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox. It records how every contact opted in, paces each mailbox inside limits you set, and reports sends, opens, clicks, replies, bounces and unsubscribes.
Who makes OutreachPro?
OutreachPro is built and operated by DanixSoft. It is a DanixSoft product, not a separate company. You can reach the team at outreach@danixsoft.com.
Who is OutreachPro for?
Teams that email people who asked to hear from them: following up with trial users and demo requests, staying in touch with customers, event registrants or a talent pool. It suits teams that want mail to come from their own address rather than a marketing platform. It is not for bought or scraped lists.
How does OutreachPro work?
You connect a mailbox over OAuth, import contacts with a record of how they opted in, write a template, and launch a campaign. A background worker sends each message through your mailbox inside the sending window and daily, hourly and pacing limits you set, schedules any follow-up steps, and records what happened to each message.

Mailboxes and sending

Does OutreachPro support Gmail?
Yes, Google Workspace mailboxes, connected over OAuth. Personal @gmail.com accounts have much lower sending limits than Workspace and are not a good fit for campaigns.
Does OutreachPro support Microsoft 365 and Outlook?
Yes, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) mailboxes, connected over OAuth. Sending works the same as for Google. It does not read your mailbox, so replies are marked by hand on the campaign page.
Does OutreachPro send emails from my own mailbox?
Yes. Every message is sent through the Google or Microsoft mailbox you connected, so it appears in that mailbox’s Sent folder and carries your domain. There is no shared sending server.
Can OutreachPro see my password?
No. Mailboxes are connected over OAuth, so OutreachPro receives an access token, never your password. Tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time.
Does OutreachPro read my mailbox or detect replies?
OutreachPro sends as you but does not read your mailbox. When someone replies, you mark them as replied on the campaign page, which stops their remaining follow-ups. Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints are handled automatically.
How does mailbox rotation work?
A campaign can send from several connected mailboxes. Its volume is spread across them, and each mailbox keeps its own daily cap, hourly cap and gap between sends, so adding a mailbox adds capacity without pushing any single mailbox harder.
How does email warmup work in OutreachPro?
Warmup is a per-mailbox ramp. When enabled, a mailbox starts at a small daily volume (10 by default) and adds a fixed amount each day (5 by default) until it reaches its cap. It paces your own campaign mail; it does not exchange messages with other users to fake engagement.
Can I email people who have not opted in?
No. Every import needs a record of how those people opted in, and addresses without one are never queued for sending. There is no option for a purchased or scraped list.

Deliverability

Does OutreachPro guarantee inbox placement?
No, and no tool honestly can. The receiving mail server decides where a message lands, based largely on how its users respond to your mail. OutreachPro controls the parts a sender can: authentication checks, pacing, limits, consent, one-click unsubscribe and immediate suppression.
What is SPF?
SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a DNS TXT record listing the servers allowed to send mail for your domain. Receivers check the envelope sender against it. A record must not need more than ten DNS lookups to evaluate, or it fails outright.
What is DKIM?
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) adds a cryptographic signature to each message, verified with a public key published in your DNS. It proves the message was not altered and was authorised by the signing domain, and unlike SPF it survives forwarding.
What is DMARC?
DMARC is a DNS record that tells receivers what to do with mail that fails authentication, and where to send reports. A message passes DMARC when SPF or DKIM passes for the same domain as the visible From address. Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to publish one.
How do I check my domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Use the free domain health checker on this site. It needs no account, looks up your SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records, counts SPF lookups, explains each DMARC tag, and says what to fix.

Pricing and data

How much does OutreachPro cost?
Starter is free, with one sending mailbox and up to 500 emails a month. Pro is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed annually. Enterprise is $199 a month. Pricing is per workspace, with no per-seat or per-email charge.
Does OutreachPro integrate with a CRM?
Not yet. There is no HubSpot, Salesforce or Zapier connector today. A REST API and signed webhooks for sent, open, click, bounce, reply and unsubscribe events are available for building your own integration.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Lists, including each address’s consent record, can be exported on every plan, including after a downgrade.

Terms such as sender reputation, alignment or suppression are defined in the glossary. For anything not covered here, email us from the contact page.
